Description:
Every August, the streets of Reno vibrate with the sound of muffled rumbles of rebuilt engines, rays of sunlight glinting off the polished chrome and heavy scents of Dapper Dan hair pomade fill the air. Droves of spectators line the sidewalks for a glimpse into the past, a time when a driver’s license and a hot car were all anyone needed or wanted on a Friday night.

RENO STREET FOOD – FOOD TRUCK FRIDAY

Description:
This is not a designated car show, but one of America’s Top 10 largest weekly food truck events, a great alternative for the family!

Reno Street Food is THE place for food truck foodies, not to mention it is a great way to spend Friday nights with family and friends. Come hungry because there are over 30 rotating gourmet food, craft desserts, beer, wine and mixed drink vendors to serve you each week. Without a doubt, it’s a palate pleaser! There’s no charge to attend the event, other than the food you purchase. Enjoy live music, lots of grass and shade, plenty of free parking, a large playground for the kiddos and train rides as well. Description:
Hot August Nights Vintage Trailer Revival returns to the park, trailer park that is! Vintage trailers 1976 and older will be able to dry camp for the week-long event.

Free spectator views/Open House from Wednesday, August 8th through Saturday, August 11th from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., free entrance.
