Grand National Roadster Show History and Preview

Now in its 67th year, the Grand National Roaster Show is the longest running indoor car show in the world! Produced at the Fairplex in Pomona, CA for the 13th consecutive year, the show will begin the 26th of January, and will conclude on the 28th. Each year there are a number of events that coincide with the car show.  Here are some of the events/features that you can look forward to this year:

Grand Daddy Drive-In

Over 500 show vehicles will compete for awards inside all of the Fairplex buildings. Another 400-800 vehicles will join the event Saturday & Sunday for the 11th Annual Grand Daddy Drive-In. Vehicles will park between buildings as part of the show. Apply and bring your car for the 11th Annual Grand Daddy Drive in, please click here: Drive In Entry Form.

This year’s show theme is “Nifty 50s”. Cars and vendors are encouraged to decorate with the theme.

Quest for Speed

Our featured building 9 will exhibit Southern California Time Association “Quest for Speed”.

Charity Pinstriping Event

Watch and bid on artwork created by the best pinstripers in the nation at the Pinstriper’s Reunion. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Everyone Free Organization.

Live Entertainment

Listen to music all three days inside Bld 10 and outside. Keep your eyes open, you may see celebrities throughout the show!

Trophy Girl Contest

Saturday, January 30th at 7 pm. Inside Building 4 on the Main Stage.

 Awards Ceremony

The GNRS Awards Ceremony starts at 4:00pm on Sunday night where the 2016 America’s Most Beautiful Roadster, America’s Most Beautiful Motorcycle will be crowned, along with many other awards.
