Carmel Mission Classic – Car Show & Blessing of the Automobiles

Enjoy an exclusive display of some of the world’s finest automobiles including this year’s featured model – Dolores Del Rio’s 1930 Duesenberg, presented by the San Francisco Academy of Art Museum held against the spectacular backdrop of the world’s most famous Mission. Your entrance fee includes complimentary wine tasting, tours of the Mission and museums and a display of automobile art by noted illustrator Ed Greco.

Annual Swap Meet and Car Show

All makes and models welcome in the show. Many vendors offering car parts, some collectibles, etc. There will be a Peoples’ Choice award as well as a progressive 50/50 drawing. Vendor spaces are 20×20 and are $30. Cars for Sale spaces are $10. Vendor gate opens at 5am. Please NO animals, NO alcohol, and NO trailers on the grass area,
32nd Annual Nation DeSoto Club Convention
San Diego, CA
August 23, 2017 through August 27, 2017
Members of the NDC who register for the convention are eligible to enter one or more De Sotos in the judged car show. Local chapters of the Imperial Owners Club, Airflow Club of America, Chrysler 300 Club and the California Chrysler Products Club are invited as guests. Guest clubs are invited to show their cars, and peoples choice awards are planned for clubs showing 4 or more cars. The car show will be held on Saturday the 26th at the host hotel, and is free for spectator viewing.

Over 3,000 hot rods, customs, classics, muscle cars and trucks through 1972, plus exhibits, swap meet, cars for sale corral, America’s Most Beautiful Street Rod award, model & pedal car show, mini engine display, Nitro Thunderfest, special parking areas on Saturday, awards on Sunday.
