February automotive fun! The holidays are over, and spring is well on its way. Now that you have some downtime to get back to what you love doing, set your cruise control on and head to some exciting auto events in Northern California. There are plenty to choose from to keep all you auto enthusiasts busy in February!

 

SFR SCCA Regional Races 1 & 2

• February 1-2 at 8am – 5pm

Spectators Welcome! Come see fantastic wheel to wheel racing up close at this challenging racetrack. Kids and Family friendly. Walk the paddocks and meet the racers, see the volunteers in action, observe the race cars and experience the racing highlights. Learn More.

 

Fast Toys Club @ Buttonwillow Raceway

• February 6 – 9am-5pm
• Buttonwillow Raceway, Buttonwillow, CA

Open track day, from 9AM to 5PM, non-stop. No group sessions, you can drive as much as you’d like! Drive your own car on the track. Limited to 40 cars total on the track, no over-crowding. Complimentary driving coach, lunch. Everybody is accepted, from beginner to advanced track driver. Multiple drivers accepted (share your car with a friend for no additional fee). Learn More.

Mutual Friends Opening Night – Classic Cars West Beer Garden

Mutual Friends is a group show curated by Jocelyn Tsaih featuring work from California-based artists. The show is inspired by the tight-knit art community in the Bay Area, and the way everybody seems to be connected through friends and friends of friends. Learn More.

The 70th Sacramento Autorama

• February 14-16 – (see times on event page)
• 1600 Exposition Blvd, Sacramento, CA

The Sacramento Autorama is now in its 70th year. Known as the Kustom Capital of the World and boasts being home to one of the longest running indoor car shows in the world. Produced at the Cal Expo. Over 500 show vehicles will compete for awards inside all of the Cal Expo buildings. The Clubhouse will be in The Pavilion and host 25 clubs. More vehicles will join the event Saturday and Sunday for the Autorama Drive-In parked in the Building A lot. Learn More.

 

Los Gatos Neue Klasse and Kaffee

• February 16 – 8am – 11am

We will gather downtown Los Gatos in Parking Lot 3 behind Loma Coffee Bar.
BMW 2002 FAQ will be there from 8am to 11am with some Donuts. Coffee will be available at Loma Coffee Bar. Neue Klasse and Kaffee is a monthly gathering of BMW Neue Klasse and other Vintage Cars cars in San Francisco and Sacramento Area. Los Gatos events are on the third Saturday of every month.
