October is still hot in Palm Springs! What better way to escape the heat of the desert than a motorcycle ride or classic car cruise? How about an early morning car show with iced coffee? Either way, we have the events to get you out of the heat this month. Here are a few suggestions on things to do during the month of October in Palm Springs.
Famous Planes, Cars & Chili Cook-Off
This annual car show takes place at the Palm Springs Air Museum. There will be planes, classic cars, classic trucks, a chili cook-off and much more for the entire family. This event is sponsored by Desert Classic Car Association.

Location: Palm Springs Air Museum, Palm Springs, CA.
Pomona Swap Meet & Classic Cars
Rain or shine there will be a show. For the best shopping, swapping, and auto viewing. You will not want to be late. The swap and car show is a one day event. Bring the entire family and your classic ride.
Date: October 18, 2020
Time: 5am – 2pm
Location: The Fairplex, Pomona CA.
This Car show will benefit the Inland Empire Lighthouse for The Blind. There will vendor booths, a live DJ, poker walk, chili tasting, music, food, 50/50 drawing, awards, and raffle prizes. This car event is for the entire family.

Time: 8am – 5pm
Location: Sylvan Park, Redlands CA.
